I was born with Amniotic Band Syndrome, and for years I allowed my circumstances to define my identity. I struggled with body dysmorphia, avoided being in photographs, questioned my worth, and believed confidence was something other women were born with.

I know what it feels like to hide.

To play small.

To believe your life will begin when you finally become "enough."

Everything changed when I transformed my self-concept.

I went from hiding from the camera to becoming a model.

From believing I lacked confidence to building a career where I stood in front of rooms teaching, supporting, and holding space for others.

From toxic relationships to meeting the love of my life.

From living at home on Universal Credit to creating a thriving business that continues to expand with purpose and ease.

None of those changes happened because I became someone different.

They happened because I changed the way I saw myself.

That journey inspired me to create The Energetic Beauty Method™ a transformational approach that blends identity work, embodiment, subconscious reprogramming, meditation, intuitive guidance, and energetic practices to help women create lasting change from the inside out.

Today, I help women release the identities that have kept them small, embody their authentic power, and create lives that reflect who they truly are.
