My Story

I wasn't born confident.

I was born with Amniotic Band Syndrome, and for years I believed my body determined my worth.

I became hyper-aware of how different I looked. I compared myself constantly, avoided photographs, and questioned whether I would ever feel truly beautiful.

I didn't just struggle with confidence.

I struggled with my identity.

I believed I was the girl who wasn't enough.

The girl who had to hide.

The girl who would always feel different.

And when you believe something about yourself long enough, you begin to build your entire life around it.

You shrink.

You settle.

You stay quiet.

You wait for permission.

That was me.

Until I realised something that changed everything.

Your self-concept creates your reality.

Not because life magically changes overnight, but because the woman you believe yourself to be determines every decision you make.

The opportunities you say yes to.

The relationships you choose.

The risks you're willing to take.

The standards you hold.

The way you walk into a room.

The way you love yourself.

When I changed the way I saw myself, my life began to change with me.

I went from hiding from the camera...

From believing I wasn't confident enough...

...to building a career where I worked one-to-one with people every day as a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and therapist, holding space for hundreds of women.

From toxic relationships...

...to meeting the love of my life and creating a relationship built on safety, trust, and deep connection.

From living at home with my parents and relying on Universal Credit...

...to building a thriving business doing work that fills my soul and continues to grow in ways I once couldn't imagine.

From wondering if I'd ever belong...

None of those transformations happened because I became someone different.

They happened because I changed my identity.

I didn't become confident.

I became authentic.

I stopped living from the identity fear had created for me and started living from the woman I always was underneath it.
